Agreement
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ (the "Apple Standard EULA") governs the license to install and use the DeepNiche iOS application (the "App") on Apple-branded products. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and govern DeepNiche's content, subscriptions, and related services, operated by Justin Kastil, an individual (the "Operator"). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA and to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App
The App displays short briefs of third-party articles for a niche name you select and links to the original source. Briefs are automated summaries provided for convenience. They may omit context or contain errors. The linked source is the best reference for what the publisher actually reported. DeepNiche does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any source or brief. Briefs are general informational content and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, investment, or other specialized advice.
Third-party articles remain the property of their owners. The App is intended to show a short brief and a working link, not a substitute for the original. Do not enter personal, confidential, medical, financial, or other sensitive information as a niche name. That name is sent to xAI to generate briefs.

Complimentary access
DeepNiche provides three days of complimentary access beginning when you first open the App. Complimentary access covers one selected niche. Opening the App, by itself, does not create a charge. You will be charged only if you affirmatively purchase a subscription through Apple's purchase interface after complimentary access ends, or if you purchase an additional niche. Complimentary access does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and renew automatically until canceled. The subscription name, duration, price, and any offer terms displayed in Apple's purchase interface at the time of purchase control. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings. Restore is available in the App. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Current prices, unless Apple's purchase sheet shows otherwise:
- USD 2.99 per month for one selected niche (the base subscription);
- USD 0.99 per month for one additional selected niche; and
- USD 2.99 per month for any further selected niches, with no extra per-name charge.
Each of these is a separate auto-renewing subscription. Cancel each subscription you no longer want in your Apple Account settings. Complimentary access covers one selected niche. A second selected name and any further names require a StoreKit purchase.
License
Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, but not for resale, republication as a competing service, automated extraction, or commercial redistribution.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it in violation of law. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Changes
The Operator may modify or discontinue features prospectively. Material changes will not deprive an active subscriber of the core paid service promised for the current subscription period, except where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, prevention of misuse, or circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control. If these Terms change in a material way, the effective date above will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel any subscription through Apple.
Intellectual property
The Operator retains all right, title, and interest in the App. Third-party articles and other source material remain the property of their owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or of third-party content to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A BRIEF IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Apple Standard EULA is governed as stated by Apple, and except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The Operator may assign these Terms in connection with a sale of the App. These Terms and the Apple Standard EULA are the entire agreement concerning the App.
