VERVE-102 base edit cuts PCSK9 in first-in-human trial
One intravenous infusion of VERVE-102 produced dose-dependent mean PCSK9 reductions of 51% to 88% and LDL-cholesterol reductions of 9% to 62% in 35 adults.
