D.C. Circuit keeps PFOA and PFOS on Superfund list
On August 18, 2026 the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit unanimously denied a multi-industry challenge to EPA’s designation of PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances under CERCLA.
